
Ingredients:
- Bread
- Cooked boneless chicken
- Mayonnaise
- Cream Cheese
- Hard boiled eggs
- Salad leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
cook marinated chicken salt, pepper, cloves, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and water till its cooked and dry. Shred the chicken once its cool down.
Add Mayo, cream cheese , crushed boiled eggs and slat pepper in it. Mix it well and the mixture is ready. It will be good idea to taste it now.
Once you are happy with the flavors then its ready to spread in the sandwiches.
Take slice of bread and spread margarine in it (helps to keep sandwich stick together). Now put generous amount of chicken spread in it along with some salad. Place another piece of bread on it and cut diagonally. Sandwiches are ready.
These can be served cold and should be stored in fridge well covered. Can be prepared ahead of time.
